Where we make an impact
Transitions to the future
Society is facing profound changes. That's why we're leveraging our expertise in Data (Protection), AI en Tech law to guide these transitions.

Artificial Intelligence
AI is changing our lives, both professionally and personally. It offers opportunities for more equitable distribution of prosperity and equal access to services. But without proper safeguards, risks of discrimination, loss of autonomy, and erosion of trust in institutions arise. That's why we want to guide the AI transition with our expertise.

Energy & Sustainability
How do we achieve our climate goals while maintaining an affordable energy supply and a stable grid? What alternative energy options are available? The energy transition will be essential, especially for our innovative strength, while sustainability has become essential to keeping the planet habitable. It affects us all, and that's why we want to guide the energy and sustainability transition with our expertise.

Digital Security & Resilience
Digital security and resilience are important both individually (e.g., in the case of data breaches, phishing, and identity fraud) and socially. Cyberattacks on institutions like Eindhoven University of Technology, DigiD, and NEBU have already demonstrated their potential to have a significant impact on the continuity of our society. Digital resilience protects not only the individual but, given the current geopolitical dynamics and the threat of hybrid warfare, also our democratic processes and public safety.

Digitalization of healthcare
Healthcare is about people and the future of an individual. Especially when someone is ill, you want to offer them perspective. Innovation in healthcare offers perspective where it may not yet exist. Technology can improve the quality of care and increase efficiency, leaving more time for the human aspect of care. That's why we want to use our expertise to promote innovation in healthcare and safeguard the privacy, health, and (digital) security of patients and patient data.

Data Economy & Online Platforms
Data is a key driver of innovation and growth. Secure data sharing accelerates innovation and enables solutions to societal challenges. But how do you create a framework that allows safe data exchange in line with the GDPR, the Data Governance Act, and, for example, the EHDS?
At the same time, the online platform economy is evolving rapidly. Services that enable content, transactions, or interactions from marketplaces to social media and SaaS platforms, now fall under new European frameworks such as the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA).
We are committed to shaping the future and using our expertise to help create these solutions.
